Camel Jerky

For folks who find beef a little too tame for their taste, Camel Jerky offers a slightly sweeter, gamier, and more moist alternative that’s bound to get you over the hunger hump. A relatively lean meat, the flavor of camel is somewhere between beef and lamb. We start by marinating select cuts in our brown sugar and teriyaki sauce, adding wine, vinegar, onion powder, garlic and other spices to bring out the dromedary deliciousness. No nitrates or preservatives added.
