Western Beef Jerky

Traditionally, cowboy-style beef jerky was made with whatever spices the cook had on hand. Fortunately, our kitchens are stocked with our own Teriyaki sauce, fine black pepper, brown sugar, garlic, liquid smoke and, of course, quality top round beef. So our cooks get to marinate whole muscle cuts for two days in a mouthwatering, smoky, tangy, western-style sauce. Then we package it without preservatives so nothing gets in the way of the natural all-beef flavor.
