We take flavorful top-quality Tri-Tip beef — known as the “King of BBQ” for its balance of marbling and leanness — marinate it for two full days with our own Teriyaki sauce, cracked black pepper, brown sugar, garlic, onion, liquid smoke and pineapple juice. After minimal processing, we package it without added preservatives.
