Python jerky

If you’re looking for a high-protein, low fat treat with a bit of adventure to it, wrap your hands around our Python Jerky. Python is considered a delicacy in Southeast Asia, with a flavor similar to chicken, but a texture more like lean beef. Since snakes are predominantly muscle, and can be chewy if not prepared right, we marinate thin strips of python for two days to encourage tenderness. Our recipe of teriyaki, wine, sugar, salt, onion, lemon, and other natural flavors infuses a tangy, sweet flavor that complements, but doesn’t overwhelm the python. Then we prepare it with minimal processing and package it with no artificial flavors or preservatives.
